Lola Lambert

Projects Assistant / Administrative Support

“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.””

-Romans 8:28

Lola Lambert serves as a Projects Assistant and Administrative Support Staff member at McCleery Law Firm, where her creativity, attention to detail, and strong sense of teamwork make her an essential part of daily operations.

Lola’s journey with the firm began in May 2022 with a temporary data entry role. Although she didn’t have a legal background at the time, her curiosity and commitment to excellence quickly transformed that opportunity into a long-term career. Over the past three years, she has taken on a wide range of responsibilities, from developing client-facing materials and employee onboarding guides to supporting firm-wide initiatives and special projects.

In her current role, Lola provides both project-based and front-line support, answering phones, conducting intakes, and assisting walk-in clients. Her ability to balance behind-the-scenes planning with client-facing care ensures that the firm maintains its high standards of professionalism and efficiency.

Lola especially enjoys the opportunity to bring creativity to her work. Whether she’s building process guides, designing checklists, or crafting internal tutorials, she takes pride in helping the firm put its best foot forward. She also played a key role in launching the firm’s attorney support teams, a structure that has enhanced collaboration and ensured continuity in client care.

Outside of work, Lola is a dedicated mother and cat mom living in Dover, Ohio with her family and their two cats, Softie and Munchie. She loves attending and serving at her church, dancing (especially salsa!), crafting, and collecting fountain pens. Her proudest achievement is her son, who recently graduated high school Magna Cum Laude with a 4.0 GPA.

Lola holds an Associate of Arts degree from College of the Mainland in Texas and is currently completing her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Kent State University. Her passion for helping others, especially families of children with special needs, remains close to her heart and continues to inspire her thoughtful, service-oriented approach to her work at the firm.
