First introduced to Carrollton during the Marcellus and Utica Shale boom, our firm chose Carroll County as one of the earliest sites to concentrate our work, performing title research and assisting clients with negotiating fair oil and gas leases.

Later on, to meet the growing demand we were seeing in Carrollton and the surrounding region, the firm expanded into other practice areas, and opened a branch office directly opposite the courthouse entrance and the Carroll County sheriff’s office. We travel to Carrollton frequently, as well as nearby communities to assist our clients with many different types of cases.
