Joshua Menden joined McCleery Law Firm as a Law Clerk and quickly became a valued part of the team. He brings a genuine curiosity about how the law has shaped—and continues to shape—society. His particular interest lies in the historical divide between early medieval jurisdiction and the authority of the Church, a passion that fuels his thoughtful approach to legal problem-solving today.
Joshua graduated from the The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University and enjoys the challenge of helping clients navigate complex issues, finding satisfaction in turning intricate legal questions into clear, practical solutions.
Joshua is an integral part of the firm’s oil and gas and litigation practices, making valuable and insightful contributions to many of the firm’s most sensitive cases. He has participated in multiple matters with six and seven-figure transactions and/or damages at issue.
